Some Favourite Stragglers, Part I

A Gotchic cathedral in Vilnius, Lithuania.

For the longest time my favourite “photo moment” of the trip was caught by this out-of-focus, halloween-orange snap from our train as it pulled out of the Saint Petersburg station, leaving our friend Marina and her out-of-frame father on the platform waving goodbye. It’s not much of a shot but I’m glad I have something to remember the moment by.

Our cabin, to the left of the number markings, on the Trans-Siberian.

Waiting for the MRT train in Singapore.

Payphones at Changi International Airport, Singapore. Was this really only yesterday?

Backlit boards at a bus station in Kota Bahru, Malaysia.

An otter feasts at the Singapore Zoo.

Gawking shadows at the croc tank.
