TREVOR SMITH (producer) has found reward in both
artistic and academic capacities: first as a runner up at the Queensland Vocational
Student of the Year Awards, he was later granted a scholarship to study film at
Bond University, where he graduated in 2004. While at Bond, he produced the university’s
first clay animated film: Glam
to Sham, which received heavy media attention Australia wide in both
print and television and won the award from Best Tertiary Film in the "Other"
category at the 19th Warner Roadshow Queensland New Filmmakers Awards. Trevor
has also won awards in the Queensland Design Shoot Out Competition and B.U.F.T.A,
as well as having his work displayed in the Queensland Art Excellence Exhibition
and the Queensland Energies Exhibition. Trevor now resides in LA, where he works
for Lawrence Gordon Productions (Lara Croft: Tomb Raider, Die Hard).
