MELANIE
COOK (director of photography)
previously photographed the award-winning short film Flushed and
a music video for Queensland-based hardcore band Mia Carla. As director,
Melanie helmed a music video for emerging German metal group End of Green
and is in the process of directing her first TVC, set to go into production
this winter. Her credits as storyboard artist include a number of successful
short films, a TVC for Globalstar Australia, and a feature film teaser,
and she is also working as concept artist and animator for the stop-motion
film Shadowbane. An avid stills photographer, Melanie works commercially
photographing models and recently finished a promotional shoot for the
audio visual company AV Central, which saw her photos published in a state-wide
ad campaign. She is currently studying film and television at Bond University.
